Miniatures
The process will be monitored as following： 1.Provide 3D file with specifications 2.Adjust with final 3D design to have final digital mode 3.Print the digital sample and create physical 3D waxen sample 4.Create the real injection mold 5.Create a duplication of the digital sample with high level of details for further checking and modification. 6.Create the injection mold with leading time of around 20 days and produce a pre-production sample for approval 7.Proceed mass production in terms of assembly,or gluing and painting will be undertaken. 8.Checking quality and arrange assembly into customized tray or box designed.
